At Driver Go, we aim to provide reliable and on-time driving services. However, we understand that plans may change. This policy explains our terms regarding refunds and cancellations.

1. Cancellation Policy

  • Customers can cancel their booking through the Driver Go app or website before the scheduled service time.
  • If the cancellation is made before the driver is assigned, no charges will apply.
  • If the driver is already assigned or has reached the pickup location, a cancellation fee may apply to compensate the driver for their time and travel.
  • In case of technical issues or duplicate bookings, please contact our support team immediately.

2. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are applicable only in the following cases:
    • You were charged but no driver was assigned.
    • Your booking was canceled by Driver Go due to unavailability or a technical error.
    • The service was not delivered as per the booking confirmation due to a system failure.
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
  • Driver Go is not responsible for delays caused by your bank, payment gateway, or third-party service provider.

3. No-Show Policy

If the customer is unavailable or unreachable at the pickup location for more than 15 minutes, the booking will be marked as a No-Show, and no refund will be applicable.
